Move without pain. Stay that way.
Assessment-led physiotherapy with Dr. Sushma Singh (PT) — chronic pain, neurological rehabilitation and injury recovery, treated with a plan you can see progress on.
Pain rarely starts where it hurts.
Every treatment begins with finding the actual cause — posture, weakness, nerve involvement or an old injury that never fully healed.
Chronic pain
Back and neck pain, sciatica, cervical spondylosis and posture-driven pain that keeps returning.

Post-surgery recovery

No endless passive machines.
Treatment that teaches your body to hold its own corrections.

Understand the cause
History, movement screening and posture assessment to find what is actually driving the pain — not just where it shows up.
A personalised plan
Therapy sessions plus a short home programme, with honest timelines and milestones we agree on together.
Keep the gains
Education, progressions and habit changes so the improvement holds after the sessions end — and the pain stays gone.

MPT (Neurology), BPT · Diploma in Nutrition & Health Education
With a Master's in neurological physiotherapy, Dr. Singh treats the difficult cases — the stroke recovery that has plateaued, the back pain that three painkiller courses did not touch — by starting from assessment rather than assumption.
Sessions are unhurried and explained as they happen: what the finding is, why this exercise targets it, and what you should feel changing week by week. Nutrition guidance is woven in where it genuinely speeds recovery.

Do I need a doctor's referral to see a physiotherapist?
No — you can book directly. If your assessment suggests you first need imaging or a medical opinion, we will say so plainly and point you the right way.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the condition and how long it has been there. After the first assessment you get an honest estimate with milestones, and the plan is adjusted by what your body actually does — never stretched out for its own sake.
Does physiotherapy hurt?
Some techniques and exercises produce a stretching or working ache, but treatment should never leave you in sharp pain. You will always know what a normal response feels like and what should be reported.
Should I keep exercising at home between sessions?
Yes — the home programme is where most of the progress happens. It is kept short deliberately: ten focused minutes daily beats an hour done once a week.
